By creating a PixVid account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PixVid is currently in private preview. Features described on the marketing pages may be incomplete, and parts of the product are explicitly labelled as still in development.

You need an account to generate anything. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you may not use PixVid if we have previously terminated your account.

Generation is paid for in credits. The credit cost of an action is shown in the interface before you confirm it. Credits are deducted when a job is submitted.

If a generation fails on our side or is rejected by the underlying model provider, the credits for that attempt are returned to your balance automatically. Credits are not returned because you dislike an output that generated successfully — models are probabilistic and a completed generation consumed real compute.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money. Any expiry attached to a credit grant is shown at the time you receive it.

You may not use PixVid to create or distribute:

• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a real minor;
• content that impersonates a real person in a deceptive or harmful way, including synthetic voice or likeness used to defraud;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or personality rights;
• harassment, incitement to violence, or content promoting self-harm;
• disinformation presented as factual reporting.

Prompts are screened automatically, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section. You also may not resell access to PixVid, attempt to extract our prompts or model routing, or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others.

You keep the rights you already hold in anything you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your inputs and outputs, and to send your prompts to the model providers listed in our privacy policy.

What you may do with the videos and images you generate is set out in our content licence.

PixVid does not train its own models. Scripts, voices, footage and transcripts are produced by third-party providers. Their availability, quality and pricing can change without notice, and a model can be withdrawn by its provider at any time. When that happens we will route to an alternative where one exists, but we cannot guarantee that a specific model remains available.

Paid plans are not enabled yet. When they are, subscriptions and credit packs will be processed by a third-party payment processor, prices will be shown before purchase, and the applicable billing, renewal and refund terms will be published here before any charge is taken.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that any particular generation will succeed, or that an output will be fit for a specific purpose. During private preview we may change, pause or reset parts of the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using PixVid at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or if we need to stop operating the service. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for breach.

If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and, for account-affecting changes, notify you by email.

The governing law and venue for disputes will be stated here before PixVid leaves private preview.
